While girls often stress out over whether or not a guy reciprocates their feelings, little do they know that guys do the same over them, too! Attraction is both an exciting as well as frustrating emotion, and to avoid adding embarrassment, there are some signs a guy can look for when it comes to figuring out female attraction.
Magazines as Sources
For many guys, information is just as close as the local supermarket or bookstore. For teenage guys, their best bet would be CosmoGirl Magazine. This magazine often has special sections devoted to the art of attraction, and some of the sections are written especially for guys. For men, Cosmopolitan Magazine is the magazine to check. If they feel embarrassed about reading the magazine, they can also peruse the online articles of these magazines.
Friends
For guys, one of the first stops in their journey of trying to figure out the signs of female attraction is to ask their friends. If a guy has a lot of female friends, they can be a great help, especially if they're already friends with the object of his affection. Male friends who have had successful relationships should be next on the list of people to ask for advice.
Physical Signs
According to CosmoGirl and Cosmolpolitan magazine, with girls and women, a sure sign of attraction is if she licks her lips while she's talking to the guy she likes. This is a subconscious mannerism that conveys the impulse to want to kiss. It should be paired with direct eye contact, and a marked interest in whatever the guy is saying.
Another thing that a girl might subconsciously do is twirl her hair while talking to the guy she's interested in. While talking, a girl might also lean in and playfully touch the guy's shoulder or arm. Girls who are interested in a particular guy will also laugh or smile at much of what he says or does.
Of course, many of these symptoms can be evident of a girl or woman who is just naturally flirtatious by nature. Alternatively, some girls or women who are usually outgoing will become shy around the guy they're interested in.
So, how can a guy tell for sure if the girl he likes is interested? He should just start out slowly, having a conversation here and there, or greeting the girl politely when he sees her. After some initial conversations that have gone well, the next step is to ask her out to lunch. Guys should realize that figuring out female attraction is a gradual process, and all it will take is some confidence!
